Inspection procedure:

1. Name, model or specification of fixture.

2. Triple check the first l ~ 5 forged pieces according to the blank drawing of the forging pieces: specifically list the size and tolerance, geometric tolerance, surface quality and other contents to be inspected; After the third inspection is qualified, it is allowed to record only any one of 1-5 pieces in the forging third inspection record. 3. The operator should fill in "forging process control including three inspection record card".

The heat treatment process is divided into primary heat treatment and final heat treatment, and the heat treatment process specification or heat treatment process instruction shall be prepared, which shall be omitted here.

Inspection procedure after heat treatment:

1. Name, type or power of equipment and tools or fixtures.

2. Test frequency and quantity, and test hardness value according to specified parts.

3. Physical and chemical inspection: inspection quantity and frequency, fiber direction, metallography, mechanical properties and crack detection, etc.

Cleaning process:

Polishing process:

2. When the forging surface has defects such as folding, crack, interlayer, inclusion, scar and bruise, local oversize difference, flash or burr oversize, etc., it is allowed to be polished, and the shape and size after polishing shall meet the requirements of the blank drawing of the forging.

Marking process:

1. Name, type or power of the equipment or tool.

2. The 1-piece no.1 system shall be implemented, and the batch mark number of forgings shall be marked in accordance with the batch management requirements and the specified position of forgings.
